Website Terms of Use
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of aixport.co, its subdomains and associated public pages, forms and demonstrations (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated under the AIXport name by Ariamehr Maleki, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, “AIXport,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the Site operator.
1. Acceptance
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. When submitting a form, you must also acknowledge the Privacy Notice and provide any consent requested alongside that form.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site or submit information.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about AIXport and an international market-research product currently under development.
Information concerning features, functionality, coverage, data sources, methodologies, prices, availability and launch dates may change.
Submitting a form, joining a list, requesting information or participating in a demonstration does not:
- Guarantee access to any product or service.
- Require AIXport to accept an engagement.
- Create a customer, partnership, agency, employment or advisory relationship.
- Constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
- Create an obligation to provide a demonstration by a particular date.
Any paid service or formal pilot will require separate written terms.
3. Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
The Site is primarily intended for business and professional users. If you submit information on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide that information and communicate with AIXport on its behalf.
4. Information submitted through forms
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current and lawful.
Do not submit:
- Passwords, payment-card details or account credentials.
- Government identification numbers.
- Health, biometric or other sensitive personal information.
- Export-controlled technical information.
- Information restricted by sanctions, confidentiality obligations or applicable law.
- Another person’s personal data unless you are authorized to provide it.
- Trade secrets or highly confidential business information.
Unless AIXport separately agrees in writing, submitting information through a public form does not create a confidential relationship or non-disclosure obligation.
AIXport will process personal information as described in its Privacy Notice.
5. No professional advice
The Site, public reports, case studies, chatbot responses and demonstrations are provided for general informational and evaluation purposes.
They do not constitute legal, customs, sanctions, regulatory, tax, accounting, financial, investment, compliance or other professional advice.
International-trade information can change rapidly and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Before making material decisions, users should verify current requirements through official sources and appropriately qualified advisers.
Nothing on the Site guarantees market entry, regulatory approval, commercial success, profitability, financing, customers or any particular result.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Violate applicable law or another party’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or connected systems.
- Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful content.
- Interfere with the security, availability or performance of the Site.
- Circumvent access limits, usage controls or protective measures.
- Use automated systems to extract substantial content in a manner that harms the Site or its operation.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Site in connection with fraud, sanctions evasion, unlawful trade or prohibited transactions.
- Copy, reverse engineer or reconstruct non-public functionality except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use Site content to create a misleading, unlawful or competing representation that it was produced or endorsed by AIXport.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users or our rights.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in the Site and original AIXport materials—including original text, graphics, software, interfaces, reports, visual presentation, logos and branding—belong to the applicable owner or licensor.
“AIXport” and associated branding may be used to identify the project and its services. No statement on the Site should be interpreted as claiming registered trademark status unless expressly stated.
Third-party names, logos, data and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may:
- Access public Site content for your internal evaluation.
- Share links to public pages.
- Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution where legally permitted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, remove attribution from or commercially exploit substantial Site content without prior written permission.
No rights in non-public methodologies, systems, software, datasets or materials are granted by use of the Site.
8. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide general suggestions or feedback about the Site or product, you permit AIXport to use that feedback to improve and develop its services without payment or restriction.
This provision does not transfer ownership of your existing intellectual property, confidential business information or personal data.
Do not provide confidential feedback unless a separate written confidentiality agreement is in place.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may use or link to third-party hosting, analytics, scheduling, communication, AI, data or other services.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. AIXport does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, security, availability or conduct.
A link does not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
10. Availability and changes
The Site and its demonstrations may be changed, suspended, restricted or discontinued at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Site will always be available or uninterrupted.
- Errors or defects will be corrected immediately.

- Demonstrations will reflect the final product.
- Content will always be current, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We disclaim warranties that may legally be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory protections or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIXport and the Site operator will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss.
- Loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings.
- Decisions made in reliance on public Site content or demonstrations.
- Loss caused by third-party services, links or data.
- Unauthorized use resulting from a user’s failure to protect their own systems or credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Future and paid services
Paid reports, subscriptions, platform accounts, datasets, consulting engagements, pilots and other client services will be governed by separate written agreements.
Those agreements may include specific provisions concerning scope, fees, delivery, confidentiality, intellectual property, data licensing, warranties, refunds and liability.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement will govern the relevant service.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory laws that may apply.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional requirements, the courts of the UAE will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site.
15. Severability and waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Site and AIXport develop.
Material changes will apply prospectively from the updated effective date. The latest version will be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date.
